🏠 Program Fee

The weekly program fee is $250. This covers housing, utilities, structure, and full program support. Our goal is to provide a stable, accountable, and dignity‑centered environment where residents can focus on rebuilding their lives with clarity and momentum.
The Second Chance Pathways Manual is the core roadmap for men rebuilding their lives after incarceration. Designed specifically for Georgia’s reentry landscape, this manual blends practical guidance, legal clarity, structured routines, and real‑world tools into one accessible, step‑by‑step resource. It gives residents, staff, and supervision partners a shared framework for success — clear expectations, consistent structure, and a path forward that anyone can follow.

At its heart, Second Chance Pathways is about momentum. Every chapter helps residents take the next right step: securing identification, understanding supervision requirements, finding employment, managing responsibilities, resolving legal barriers, and building the habits that lead to long‑term stability. The manual breaks down complex systems into plain‑language guidance, empowering residents to make informed decisions and stay compliant with courts, probation, and parole.

But this manual is more than information — it’s a structure. It reinforces the daily rhythm of Second Chance Halfway Home: accountability, sobriety, employment, communication, and personal responsibility. It teaches residents how to navigate challenges before they become violations, how to communicate with officers effectively, and how to build a life that supervision partners can trust.

For staff, the manual provides a unified teaching tool. For officers, it signals consistency and professionalism. For residents, it becomes a personal roadmap — a guide they can return to as they move from survival to stability, and from stability to success.

The Second Chance Pathways Manual is not just a book. It is the backbone of a structured reentry model built on dignity, clarity, and real‑world results. It shows residents exactly what success looks like — and gives them the tools to reach it.
